| Click here to access our contact sheet area | Amor Amor are:- Jon Amor (guitar + Vocals) Wayne Proctor (Percussion + sampler) Mat Beable (Bass and backing vocals) Mark Evans (guitar) Jon Amor hails from the late 1980's blues band 'The Hoax'. In early 2001 Jon teamed up with Mat Beable and Wayne Proctor, cutting an album in spring 2001. The band have toured extensively, including summer music festivals, Glastonbury (acclaimed as 'The best guitar playing of the weekend' by Amplifier magazine) and opening shows for Gary Moore and John Mayall. A second CD 'Even After That' was released in November 2002. The UK music press has been kind to the band, making comparisons to early Led Zeppelin, Cream and more recent acts such as Gomez and Beck.
