Amazonia is a Latin jazz ensemble formed in 1994. Their music performed is of a highly spontaneous nature, and a varied programme of music is featured. Original compositions draw on a wide influence of styles, and a careful choice of instrumentation gives the ensemble a unique and colourful sound. They play the following types of venues: Wine Bars; Pubs and Clubs; Concert Halls; Festivals
Amazonia are:

Paul Kilvington - Keyboards, Mike Walker - Guitar, Duncan Winfield - Trombone, Suzanne Higgins - Flute/Alto Flute, Frank Grime - Bass/Percussion, Chris Cruiks - Percussion, Steve Gilbert - Drums/Percussion.
