Proper rock tonight from influences as diverse as Sabbath, Clawfinger, Iron Maiden and The Quo (for it is thy...), Tamworths best Chemikill, these lads are knocking on, but don't write them off, these f**kers really rock! EmenoJ stepping in quickly for burnt who pulled out unexpectedly and brought a great mix of angry rap and rock to the party, solo guitar from Paul and Bolton punk attitude from the Crouch Mog polished off a great night.

Refreshingly, not the youngest lads I have ever seen, been what experience! Get Fall.Out in one night for a sudden death match and my money would be on these lads. Drumming reminescent of a pink bunny on duracells underpinned the set, blasting off with Demons, Psycho and Wise Up. All 3 tracks on the current Chemikill New Breed EP on Ruderunner Records. By which time, Chemekill had the attention of the crowd ready for a salvo of Pyro, FSU and Bodies, tracks expertly delivered but with the essential sabbath riffs and some gold nuggets from my old Motorhead vinyl collection. To finish off the set, Six Foot Under left the crowd begging for more, nice finish that showman guitar in the air! Chemikill are Gary on Bass, Damon on Vantage, Chris on vocals and Keith on drums. Enemo-J

Rap truly meets Rock with Enemo-J. Feel the rage, as 'Shotgun' started. Is this the West Midlands Rock 50 cent (or 50pence piece? Shit don't go there!). The madness continued with Face to face, Puppet Strings, Sickle, Influencial Dropouts, dread, Keramin,I Am and 49th Theory. By which point the mosh pits movin, Enemo-J's ample vocalist is showing the crowd the way, the mosh pit assembles. Kolumbine finished this stunning set well, the stunning tribute to the columbine massacre, that note: Enemo-J do not agree with the events but recording some of those emotions of the purpertrators. An encore might have been in order, better still come back!
