Carry out analysis and asses needs with several existing customers.
Introduce reliable integration of existing HAMIS software with Microsoft Office 97 products such as Word for generation of flexible letters and statements etc seemlessly via GUI product.
Interaction with the end-users were necessary for development of project requirements. (such as Raglan / William Sutton Trust H.A.)
Involvement with QA and Helpdesk procedures conforming carefully to ISO 9000.

Design and maintenance of 'CLINICS' (clinical information system), such as at Stoke Mandeville hospital where over 120 users were supported in a number of medical disciplines.
Support and installation of flexible User defined modules and an 'OUTPATIENTS' module in use throughout the Glasgow area (GGHB Stobhill).
Support and installation of the ICS 'TALK' interface engine (Win95 / NT) installed in a number of hospitals UK wide to interface disparate and legacy systems. APIs available for DOS, UNIX and AREV.
Applications were written in Visual Basic / C++ / Advanced Revelation utilising SQL and various terminal emulators.
Interaction with end-users were necessary for development of project requirements and during training and implementation.
